Jingzhou Public Transportation Corporation Air Conditioning Repair and Maintenance Project for Off-Guaranteed Vehicles

In May 2020, Jingzhou Chutai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the repair and maintenance of air-conditioning for out-of-guarantee vehicles of Jingzhou Public Transport Corporation. The bus air conditioners commissioned for repair and maintenance in this batch include Jiexin Denso, Yutong Kelin, and Epson Zhi. The types of air conditioners include fuel vehicle air conditioners and pure electric vehicle air conditioners, totaling about 500 units.

Technology first, site survey! The air conditioners have been used for 5 to 9 years. Our engineers measure the life cycle of each air conditioner component, and the number and proportion of parts that need to be replaced ;Through complete and careful investigation of  the structure and electrical of different brands of air conditioners,our engineer figured out  whether some parts manufacturers are in production, whether the supplier company is still operating, etc., and the infomation need to be implemented one by one. The maintenance and implementation of this project has laid a solid technical foundation.

Organizational protection, just do it! Due to the COVID-19, the air conditioners are disabled. Refer to the requirements of the bus company, the air-conditioning prohibition will be lifted on June 1. According to our company's on-site survey and incomplete statistics from the bus company, more than 120 air conditioners are out of service and need to be priority repairs. The deadline of lifting prohibition is approching and there are only a few days left, we acted immediately. In order to ensure the bus operation successful and the air conditioner will be  turned on smoothly, we immediately held a mobilization meeting t o discuss the issues of  forming the maintenance team, purchasing and stock maintenance parts , Maintenance of vehicles and professional equipment, team logistics support, safety construction education, communication and coordination with customers, etc. 

We do the best! Our team will worked well together. First of all, over 120 air conditioners which have reported failures will be fully repaired. This professional air-conditioning maintenance team did not disappoint our customers. They climbed the roof, drilled the engine compartment, changed the fan, changed the generator, changed the clutch, changed the compressor, adjusted the panel, cleaned the filter, and repaired all night without being afraid of hard work. Recharge refrigerant, solve the problem of air-conditioning leakage and so on. No matter how big the difficulties and problems are, they can be easily solved in their hands.  The first battle was successful, but the following repair and maintenance work is still very heavy.  The second part of the repair work starts: complete maintenance and maintenance of all air conditioners in this project.
